Who Can Request Services & What Services Do you Provide?
Our services are available to any senior home owner in need of safety related home modifications living in Santa Cruz County.
We provide basic safety related home modifications and repairs such as the installation of grab bars, railings, or fire alarms. We can fix broken steps or help with minor plumbing issues, and make modifications to accommodate a wheel chair or walker.
We cannot provide modifications that require permits.
