MLK Day 2015

mlk-day_largeDr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” Each year, Americans across the country answer that question by coming together on the King Holiday to serve their community. Join with your neighbors from across Santa Cruz County as we make it a day of volunteer action.

Join us as we kick off the day from  9-9:45 AM at Santa Cruz Bible Church with Mayor Don Lane and the newly formed group Compassion Santa Cruz.  Grab a refreshment, register for a project and be inspired before adjourning for a day of volunteerism. ALL are welcome.

Volunteers are needed at projects throughout Santa Cruz County. Your time and energy will support an organization that improves the quality of life for people in our community.
