Will Your Non-Profit Go for the Gold?

HR-kick-off-enthusedWe are so excited to bring a fresh new look to the Human Race Walkathon and Fun Run. With a powerhouse team of new partners beside us, we are confident this will be our most successful year to date.  The 2016 Race is one you don’t want to miss as we put this year’s Olympic race theme into action and Go for the Gold like never before.

Teams have until March 12th to register for Race. We encourage you not to wait as prize incentives and trainings have already begun. So what’s new this year?

Here are a Few Highlights:

NEW TIMELINE: Fundraising will be for 6 weeks only: March 26th-May 7th. We plan to hit the ground running, keep the momentum going to keep our participants engaged, and create a sense of urgency in order for participants to act.

DYNAMIC NEW TRAININGS:  We are dedicated to helping you make the most of this campaign by offering a series of trainings in partnership with the Community Foundation and crowdfunding experts from Kimbia that cover a range of important fund development topics including how to develop a potent social media campaign and effective communication strategies. These trainings are only available to participating organizations. Check out the list and sign up today

NEW WEBSITE:  We have moved our services to Kimbia, one of the most reputable platforms out there for crowdfunding campaigns. This move will enable you to speed up and simplify the on-boarding process for individuals, teams, groups, schools or businesses and allow you to more effectively share your campaign.

MORE MONEY: We are excited to offer $70,000 in matching funds and incentive prizes for nonprofits based in Santa Cruz County. With this you will have weekly chances to add to more dollars to your donation bucket.

And finally, registration is free! This year we have waived the $25.00 registration fee.
