Volunteer Profiles - Meet Ellen: Volunteer with Americorps Seniors / Monterey Bay RSVP

Ellen, a retired real estate agent and now a proud member of AmeriCorps Seniors/Monterey Bay RSVP, has been with the Volunteer Center since the spring of 2023.

Not only does she assist volunteers and participants at our Live Oak office, but she also benefited from the Helping Hands program. She shared her deep appreciation for the efficient and kind volunteer who assisted her “I think of him every day! Helping Hands has been very helpful!” At 77, she’s filled with purpose, stating, “Volunteering has added a positive dimension to my life.”
