Your Options For Payment
There is a one-time fee for our services but many people are eligible to have that fee reduced or eliminated. Fees help offset a small part of the cost of providing this service. Fees can be paid online below or in our office with cash, check, or card.
There are NO FEES for people referred by these Courts: Juvenile Court, Behavioral Health Court, or Veterans Court. Low income families may have fees reduced to $25 or eliminated based on your household income. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for an explanation of costs.
To have your fee reduced or eliminated you must complete the Fee Waiver Form and return it to our office prior to submitting a payment.
How to Determine Your Registration Fee Status Below
In-County: If your court case happens in Santa Cruz County, you pay only $50 regardless of whether you will do your service here or in another county.
Out of County- If your court case happened or will happen in another county and you plan to do service in Santa Cruz County pay $100.
