AmeriCorps VIP Program
We invite you to make a difference for families and children in Santa Cruz County who face economic hardship by serving with the Americorps Volunteer Infrastructure Project. We train and place AmeriCorps members to increase the number of volunteers providing crucial services at local non-profits.
AmeriCorps Members are placed for a one-year term and serve as part of a community team, working to coordinate programs and support volunteers.
The AmeriCorps Volunteer Infrastructure Program is collaboration between California Volunteers, the Napa County Office of Education, the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County and local non-profit partners.

Our VIP fellows serve as Volunteer Coordinators at partnering non-profits in Santa Cruz County. They complete a 1700 hr service term starting in September.
