Stay Connected

The Stay Connected Program is a community initiative that offers remote companionship to local older adults through regular, friendly phone calls. By connecting participants with volunteers who have similar interests, the program fosters meaningful relationships that can enrich lives on both sides. With isolation reaching epidemic proportions, older adults are most impacted. Your involvement will make a significant difference. Join us in making a lasting impact in the lives of older adults in our community!
