Our Services
We believe that each person that walks through our doors has a gift. Our job is to help individuals discover those gifts and reach their full potential. Our mission is to empower our mental health community through wellness, meaningful activity, and community connection. Whether you want to take hold of new educational opportunities, build your job skills or connect with positive influences, we are your community connection. We provide resources and tools for individuals managing mental health issues, family members or concerned friends, and social service providers.
Community Connection's 12 diverse mental health programs are funded in part by Santa Cruz County Mental Health Services, State of California Department of Rehabilitation and the Kaiser Permanente Foundation.
In Person Services Re-Open
Despite our public health emergency, we will to continue to provide services and connection in every way that is deemed safe. Your health and safety are our greatest priority.
While we continue to manage health and safety due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have re-opened in-person individual and group sessions. Get the Educational Support You Need
Do you want support in getting your GED, continuing your education at Cabrillo Community College, or applying to a University? We're here to help. Our staff can provide assistance with registration, academic goal setting, college counseling, and assistance with accommodations. We're also available for support in managing mental health symptoms in order to be successful while in school and socialization support at Cabrillo College.
